Ogle, The Lost & Found
Well now, I was having some frustrating moments last night. I lost my site, not sight, for a while. The database went missing. Well I actually exported it thinking I was making a copy. So while doing this new site design, I thought I had lost all my previous posts and had decided to start fresh, just like my life is doing … right now.
Then I decide to Ogle the web for answers, no luck last night. Then this morning … aka … 6am, I installed a database plug-in for Textpattern, my CMS of choice … these days. Lo and behold, there were all my database backups … so now that I have not lost part of my past, I can continue on with this live site redesign … wish me luck, and hopefully it will be done soon…
Bare with me while I get this new design to work with all the pages. One last thing, I am also testing out a new CMS that I discovered last night while Ogling the web. It is MODx and I am going to be testing it on my localhost, run using XAMPP.
