2007 - Day 1
So a new year, a new day & new beginnings…
I hope this doesn’t get to sound like some American TV station broadcast. I woke up in good spirits, a good sign, the spirits must be helping me. Yesterday they were giving me an emotional roller-coaster of a day, oh well…I survived, but missed the ‘Happy Hour’, good because my head feels great…
Yesterday I was going to post a video about Judith & the letter she wrote to me to be opened after her death. I did read it though and it helped me deal with my sadness yesterday. So for now I am posting a link to the Radio-Canada page with the interview with Judith talking about the last poetry book she published. This should open in Windows Media Player, I think there are is a version for Mac users, and a plug-in to watch media player files in QuickTime.

Sorry to say, for anyone who wasn’t listening yesterday we didn’t find any snow faeries, but you may find a replica at the place I just linked to. And to my friend who phoned a couple of days ago, telling me he had a bottle of absinthe to drink with me, I hope we meet in the future…way in the future…my head hurts just thinking about it. So too everyone who lurks here, have a great 2007 and remember there are just 363½ days until the next New Year’s eve party.
I received some bad news, Emily informed me that Ice-monsters don’t exist here, they live in the sky making snow. So I guess no Ice-monster battles this afternoon…well maybe just stay in and do some face-painting…and what will you be doing this aft? You can tell me, you know, I won’t tell you’re mom…honest.
